Matters needing attention of the encoder for installation and use

Mechanism reated
The connection between encoder and the users output shaft should be used in soft connections , avoid the use of rigid connections.
Please note that the axil loading of permission should not exceed its loading limit.
Please don't exceed the limit of its electrical speed, such as, when it exceeds the speed of its permission, the electrical signal may be lost.
The installation of encoder should be lightly fitted into the shaft sleeve, and strictly forbid hitting by hammer, percussion and crashing, in order to avoid damaging shaft and perspex disk.

Electric related
The output cable of encoder and power cable can not be fixed together of putted in same tube. The output cable should also be far from the switchboard to avoid disturbing. The cable should be shielded.
Careful check should be taken before starting the machine, the product instruction should be matched with the encoder model, wire connection should be correct, wrong connection will damage the internal circuit
Signal degradation factor should be considered when taking a long distance transmission. The output mode should be with ow outpur resistance and strong anti-disturbing capacity.
The transmission distance for pulse signal is related with the following factors: frequency, output circuit, input circuit, transmission cable and trandmitting frequency.

Environmet related
The encoder is a precision apparatus, when use it, it should be far away from vibration source.
The encoder is not designed with sealed structure, prevent water or oil etc. Splashing on it. Use a protecthood if necessary.
The environmental temperature and humidity should be in the operation range.
Note: performance and service life of encoder will be affected seriously by improper.
